You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. xp78 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, or from unauthorised access to your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xp78 immediately by contacting our support team. xp78 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.
xp78 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including but not limited to when you request a withdrawal, when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds, or when xp78 has reason to verify your identity. Required documents may include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, proof of address, and a liveness or selfie check. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by xp78 may result in account restriction or suspension.
All bets are placed at the User's own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended, transferred or cancelled except in circumstances expressly permitted by xp78's specific product rules (e.g., cash-out where offered). xp78 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds or in circumstances where a technical fault affected the outcome or display of markets.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and in the relevant game or market interface. xp78 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts without notice.
In-play (live) betting markets — popular for PSL cricket, ICC tournaments, football and other live sports — are subject to suspension and re-pricing during events. xp78 accepts no responsibility for any delay between the displayed odds and real-world events when live betting is available.
Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables and table games, operate with a mathematical house edge. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual results. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, distribution, publication, modification, adaptation, creation of derivative works, or any commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written consent from xp78.
The xp78 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of xp78. Unauthorised use of these identifiers in any context — including but not limited to domain names, social media handles, advertising, or affiliate representations — is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, xp78 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
xp78 makes no warranty, express or implied, that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free; (b) the results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable; or (c) the quality of any products, services, information or materials obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit xp78's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
